Teresa is the owner of SoulRebeLex®️ Wellness, where her primary focus is on creating a safe, comfortable space for all of her students where they are free to be themselves in a peaceful and inclusive environment. She believes yoga should and can be for everybody and has arranged her studio in a way that allows students the freedom of movement and breath, following the eight limb path of Yoga. Her training allows for the teaching of proper spine alignment and the overall functionality of physical movement. Through proper breathing techniques, meditation, and movement, Teresa guides students through the movement of stagnant energy in order to heal old injuries, recognize poor posture habits, and balance out postural tendencies. Teresa believes that by connecting with ourselves and with others, we are able to live our own truth and create a life full of happiness and abundance.

This class is designed to guide students to the edges of their breath through the physical, emotional and energetic bodies. Facilitating the connection between breath and the Mind, Body and Spirit, Teresa encourages her students to use these techniques not just in their yoga practice but throughout their everyday life to find calm, clarity and confidence.

Yoga for Grief
The grieving process is one that each of us encounters as we navigate the different stages of our lives. Due to loss of loved ones, spouses, pets, employment or that which we care about deeply, we all are affected and move through the stages of grief differently. In this class, we will discuss how grief affects many of us on the physical, emotional and energetic bodies. We will explore a yoga practice that may alleviate the pain and heartache of grief. Breathwork, meditation and asana will be facilitated throughout class to encourage the acceptance of our particular situation and overcoming the overwhelming loss we may be experiencing.
Elemental Flow
This workshop breaks the energetic body down to the 5 master elements, Earth, Space, Air, Water and Fire. It incorporates all 8 limbs of yoga through the ayurvedic practice of the elements. This will be an Asana based class!
