Sacred Chalice- Appreciating, Engaging, and Opening the pelvis. In this 90 minute workshop, Lance will begin setting a ritual pace to step outside the realm of maya, then discussing the body, its physical and sacred geometry, focusing on the pelvic bowl and its related movement structures, integrating the physical anatomy within its mythos. Then, Lance will facilitate solo participant flow with the pelvis, and then partnered exercises with the pelvis and its related movement structures, closing with a reawakening the present.
