Caring Touch For Everyone
Often, I hear people tell me they wish their partner/lover/family member knew how to provide them caring touch. In this play shop, we’ll learn what caring touch is, set intentions and develop mind sets, and practice some specific techniques of caring touch to use with anyone.
Sacred Chalice: Acknowledging and Engaging the Pelvis
In this play shop we will discuss the sacred nature of divine embodiment, the importance of the pelvis as a seat of the sacred, and concepts related to grounding and earth. Then singly and in pairs we will practice breathwork and exercises based on Thai bodywork to engage the pelvis and sacrum.
