My name is Jennifer K. Sutton and I was born in IN. My training in dance through non-profit organizations including Clara at the age of 12 with local Ballet International developed into obtaining my MA in Dance Performance at LABAN in London in 2005. I then directed created and performed work with FoReal Art Co. Throughout all of those years I also taught dance at advanced levels and all ages and abilities creative and technical workshops. Following focusing in dance I also worked as an LMT for ten years and continue to develop interests in fire-spinning and Ariel silks.
Currently I love being a mom and my son is now 10! We performed our own acrobatic dance duet for 5 years and now continue to explore at older ages.

“Becoming things like a seed becomes a tree”
Fun creative movement workshop where we become different things through developing imagery into movement.
Explore our skeletons through dance!
During this workshop we learn about our bones and the many ways they can move and lead our movement through guided improvisational activities.
Therapeutic movement exploring gravity and our skeletons!
During this dance class of exercises and guided improvisation we will explore the wait of gravity of our bones increasing our range of motion. Through passive sensation and active swings we will find a deeper connectivity, more freedom in our physical being and greater relaxation while focusing on our bones.
