Heather of Sparkle N Flow Entertainment has a decade of experience performing multiple different skills such as fire, led, hula hooping, stilt walking, and aerial collectively starting out in her hometown, Houston, TX and continuing her performance journey in South Florida. She has five years of experience of teaching hula hoop classes and has grown her instructor journey to include fan dancing classes as well as fire safety classes and taught at her first ever Flow Festival at Florida Flow Fest 2024.
